March Energy: Listening to Nature’s Rhythms

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been noticing something interesting in my own energy, and I’m curious if you’ve felt it too.

Between the last New Moon and the recent Full Moon, I felt energized, clear, and focused in a way I honestly haven’t felt in years. Ideas were flowing, motivation was high, and it felt easy to move forward with things.

Then the day of the Full Moon arrived… and almost immediately I felt a shift.

My mornings became slower again. My mind felt a little more scattered. It was as if my system wanted to downshift and integrate rather than keep pushing forward.

If you’ve ever experienced something like this, it actually makes a lot of sense when we look at both the seasonal energy of March and the lunar cycle.

March: The Bridge Between Winter and Spring
March is a transition month. Nature is waking up after winter. The light is returning, the ground is warming, and there’s a subtle but powerful push toward growth and movement.
We often feel that in our own bodies.

You might notice a desire to:
  • start new projects
  • clean or organize your space
  • move your body more
  • refresh routines that have grown stagnant
It’s like something inside of us is stretching awake right along with the earth.

But here’s where it gets interesting.

The moon adds another rhythm within this seasonal shift.

And something I’ve been noticing lately is that as each season shifts, our relationship with the lunar cycle can shift as well.

During winter I felt slower overall. But during this recent cycle, between the New Moon and Full Moon, the building energy felt strong and focused—almost like something in me was waking up with the season itself.

Then the Full Moon came, and just as quickly the energy softened again.

It made me wonder…

How much of this is simply our bodies responding to the rhythm of nature?

Understanding the Lunar Cycle
The lunar cycle mirrors a natural rhythm of building energy, peak energy, and integration.

After the New Moon, the moon grows brighter each night. This waxing phase often supports:
  • clarity
  • creativity
  • planning
  • motivation
  • forward momentum
Many people notice they feel more focused and productive during this time.

Then we reach the Full Moon, when everything is illuminated. This phase can bring:
  • heightened emotions
  • disrupted sleep
  • nervous system sensitivity
  • mental overstimulation
It’s an energetic peak.

After that peak, the moon begins to wane, and the energy naturally turns inward again as it moves toward the next New Moon.

This phase supports:
  • reflection
  • releasing what isn’t aligned
  • slowing down
  • integrating what has surfaced
In other words, we’re not inconsistent. We’re cyclical.

Nature doesn’t move in straight lines. It moves in rhythms. And when we start paying attention to those rhythms, we can work with them instead of wondering what’s wrong with us.

Spring: Nature’s Time for a Reset
This time of year is also why the tradition of spring cleaning exists—not just for our homes, but for our bodies too.

After winter, many of us notice we’re feeling a little heavier, a little slower, and not quite as clear as we’d like to be. Less sunlight, richer foods, and more time indoors can leave the body ready for a reset.

You might notice things like:
  • sluggish mornings or low energy
  • a few extra winter pounds that won’t budge
  • bloating or digestive discomfort
  • sugar cravings
  • brain fog or trouble focusing
  • skin flare-ups or inflammation
Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. When spring arrives, the natural instinct is to clear out what’s been building up and create space for new energy.

That’s why this season is such a powerful time to support the gut and detox pathways.

A 30-Day Holistic Health Reset
This month I’m guiding a 30-Day Holistic Health Reset designed to gently support the body through this seasonal transition.

We begin on the New Moon, which naturally supports fresh starts and new habits. The first weeks focus on hydration, nourishment, and preparing the body.

By the time we move into the GI cleanse portion, we are approaching the Full Moon, when parasites and other “critters” in the body tend to be more active—making it an ideal time to clear them out.

This isn’t a harsh cleanse.

It’s a supported, whole-body reset.

When you purchase the supplements needed for the program, you’ll also receive (at no additional cost):
  • coaching and guidance throughout the reset
  • community support with others doing the program
  • a complete ebook guide
  • meal plans and recipes
  • mindset and lifestyle support
  • access to a team of wellness professionals
I’ve included links below where you can watch a short masterclass and learn more about the program.

And of course, if you have questions, feel free to reach out. While March  is the perfect time of year for a reset, anytime is good! I do one twice a year.

A Few Questions for Reflection

If you enjoy journaling, here are a few questions you might sit with this month:
  1. What in my life feels ready to grow right now?
  2. What feels heavy, stagnant, or out of alignment as I move into spring?
  3. Where have I recently felt the most energy, clarity, or inspiration?
  4. If I listened closely to my body right now, what would it ask for more of?
  5. As the light returns to the world around me, what part of myself is ready to come forward?
Nature is waking up.

The light is returning.

And little by little, we are too. 🌱
