After the test you can see in a very clear demonstration how the choices you make are affecting your longevity. There are also many articles in all areas to read up on how to make new choices. This website also offers a way of connecting with others with a bulletin board. Many of the articles I found are of mainstream substance, but some did offer some insightful information.
